Am I booking directly with the owner?
Yes. All three homes share one owner, who manages them directly. Your inquiry goes to the owner, who will help with your questions, confirm availability, and provide a quote and booking terms.
How do I reserve a stay?
Choose a home, select your preferred dates, and send a stay request. The owner will confirm availability and share a full quote, payment instructions and rental terms. An inquiry does not reserve or hold dates; your stay is confirmed only after the owner completes the reservation with you.
What is included in the total price?
Your personalized quote will show the rental amount and any applicable taxes, cleaning charges, resort charges or other fees. Ask the owner for the full total before confirming your stay.
Can I use the Honua Kai resort amenities?
Honua Kai has pools, tropical grounds, beach access, on-site dining and a spa. The owner will confirm what is included with your specific home, along with any fees or access conditions. Services sold by other property managers may not be included with an independently managed stay.
What are the cancellation and check-in policies?
The owner will provide the cancellation policy, payment schedule, arrival instructions, check-in and checkout times with your quote. Review these terms before making a payment; no cancellation or refund policy is assumed from another listing site.
Can I book more than one condo?
Absolutely—ask about two or all three homes for a trip together. They are separate residences within Honua Kai; the owner can help you understand their locations and check overlapping dates.
