Indulge in a taste of Hawaiian paradise with a hearty breakfast at The Gazebo, renowned for its legendary Pineapple Mac Nut Pancakes with coconut syrup. The location right on Napili Bay is perfect. There is nearly always a line that extends well into the little resort where this gazebo is located. Is it really worth the wait in line? We think so! But we also have some tips to reduce your wait or make it just a little more enjoyable. This unassuming little gazebo has been a staple in Maui for many years - in fact, we took our kids over 30 years ago when we first visited Maui. They serve breakfast and lunch daily. While we love the pancakes, the omelets and fried rice are also so good.
Insider tip: The line can be long, but arriving extra early or late (coming for lunch) may help a little bit. They do have coffee to enjoy while in line. Bring sunscreen because you will be waiting in the sun. And if you have kiddos, leave one adult in line and take the kids down to explore the tide pools in Napili Bay just below the restaurant.
